Butcher battle
Participants at Lotte Mart’s “Fresh Food Master” competition show off their butchering skills at the Lotte Retail Academy in Yeongdeungpo District, western Seoul, on Sunday. An annual event held for the sixth time this year, the competition brings together Lotte Mart employees from across the country in charge of preparing fresh food products in store. Among the 50 employees who passed the preliminary competitions, winners are chosen in four divisions - meat, fish, meal solutions and produce. [YONHAP]
