Comedy action 'Okay Madam' set for local cinemas in August

Comedy action film “Okay Madam” is set to arrive in local theaters this August. The film is the only local comedy film to be released this summer.

The film distribution company Megabox announced the film premiere on Monday and released a promotional poster. Megabox has been holding out for a lull in the Covid-19 outbreak before announcing its release.

The story revolves around a couple who get caught in an aircraft hijacking during their first trip abroad.

Veteran actors Um Jung-hwa and Park Sung-woong portray the unlucky couple.

“Okay Madam” marks Um’s return to the big screen in five years since “Wonderful Nightmare” (2015).
