Boy band Seventeen will host a fan meet called “Seventeen in Carat Land” both online and offline from March 25 to 27, its agency Pledis Entertainment announced Thursday.

The offline fan meet on March 27 will be simultaneously live-streamed online.

“Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the offline events can be reserved only by Koreans and foreigners residing within the country,” the agency said.

Seventeen is a multinational 13-member boy band which debuted on May 29, 2015 with its EP “17 Carat.” It’s known for hits such as “Adore U” (2015), “Don’t Wanna Cry” (2017) and “Ready to Love” (2021).

Last month the boy band had two exclusive interviews with foreign media outlets NME and Elite Daily for its achievements last year, with the respective outlets releasing articles titled “Seventeen look back on their ‘unforgettable’ 2021: It made us reflect upon how we’ve been taking things for granted” and “Seventeen Promises New Music and Epic Surprises in 2022.”

The band’s Japanese EP “Power of Love” (2021) was certified platinum by the Recording Industry Association of Japan (RIAJ) last month.
