Boy band NCT Dream’s soon-to-be-released repackaged album “Beatbox” will be environmentally friendly.

According to SM Entertainment on Wednesday, the boy band’s second repackaged album, which will drop on May 30, uses packaging certified by the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC).

“It uses eco-friendly materials such as UV coating, which does not emit volatile organic compounds, and soybean oil ink, which are biodegradable,” the label said in a statement.

“Beatbox” is the repackaged version of NCT Dream’s second full-length album “Glitch Mode,” which was released in March. In addition to the 11 tracks from “Glitch Mode,” it will include four new tracks: “Beatbox,” “To My First,” “Sorry, Heart” and “On the way.”

The upcoming repackaged album will also include a photobook available in physical and digital versions.

“Glitch Mode” sold 2.1 million copies in the first week of its release.

NCT Dream debuted in 2016 as a subunit of boy band NCT with its song "Chewing Gum." The group consists of seven members: Mark, Renjun, Jeno, Haechan, Chenle, Jaemin and Jisung. Mark is Korean-Canadian, Renjun and Chenle are Chinese, and the rest of the members are Korean. The band is best known for songs including "My First and Last" (2017), "Boom" (2019), "Hot Sauce" (2021) and "Hello Future" (2021).
