Real estate brokerage Rsquare finished compiling an online property listing database for Singapore, starting business in the country.

The company, operating a brokerage service with the same name Rsquare, announced Thursday it collected information on over 65,000 commercial property listings in Singapore. Properties such as office buildings, hotels, logistics centers and factory sites are included.

Information regarding the buildings’ location, size of the lot, when construction was completed, property owner and whether it’s up for lease can be found through the service.

Rsquare plans to offer more real-estate related services in Singapore.

Rsquare established a subsidiary in Vietnam last year, which also offers information on property listings. It works with corporate clients, providing consultation to companies that want to lease buildings and other venues in the country.

“Singapore serves as a hub for many international companies’ Asian businesses,” said a spokesperson for Rsquare. “Starting with Vietnam and Singapore, we plan to offer services in Indonesia and Malaysia and strengthen our position as a commercial real estate solution provider.”
