Kim Chae-won, a former member of now-disbanded April, revealed the results of an investigation into accusations that she bullied another member of girl group, Lee Hyun-joo, in the past.

On Thursday, Kim posted on her YouTube channel (under the handle “Honey Chaen”) that the case was dropped.

Kim was accused of bullying Lee, having bad relations with other members and dating the group’s manager. Earlier this year, Kim claimed that all the rumors were false, and said she sued people who spread the rumors.

She posted parts of the court ruling, which read “Regarding ‘bullying within a group,’ there may have been problems between the members, but due to it being difficult to decide whether it was bullying, it was impossible to determine whether it is false information.”

The judgement continued to state that it could not determine whether “creating bad blood among other members” was true or false because “even though related witnesses testified that it was not true, there can be different opinions on the matter.”

The ruling state that “dating the group’s manager” was false, as both parties, Kim and the manager, denied it, and the sources of the information denied saying it.

Kim ended the post that her legal take on the matter ends here, and that she will continue activities and release music because she has “never lied and is not ashamed [of what happened].”

April disbanded in January this year after the bullying accusations surfaced last year. The group had six members: Chaekyung, Chaewon, Naeun, Yena, Rachel and Jinsol. April debuted in 2015 with the song “Dream Candy,” the lead track on its “Dreaming.”
