Six-member girl group Bling Bling to disband
Bling Bling, the six-member girl group, has decided to disband after two years.
Bling Bling’s agency Major9 announced the group’s disbandment on Tuesday and a halt to the group’s contract and future activities.
According to the label, the members decided that they will individually start fresh.
“Bling Bling members decided to go separate ways and start anew as solo artists,” Major9 said in a statement. “We will support them on their new journey.”
Bling Bling officially debuted on November 17, 2020, with digital single “G.G.B.” In 2021, the group dropped its first EP “Contrast.” It was the first girl group created by Major9, which also represents artists such as R&B duo Vibe, R&B group 4Men and singer Ben.
Bling Bling consisted of six-members: Cha Juhyun, Ayamy, Choi Jieun, Marin, Narin and Yubin.
