SHINee's Key will be returning to the K-pop scene this month with his second full-length album "Gasoline," according to SM Entertainment on Tuesday.

"Gasoline" will be released on Aug. 30 at 6 p.m. on various music streaming websites.

The album contains 11 songs of various genres, SM said.

The entertainment agency released teaser images and the logo of Key's upcoming album on its social media pages, which hint at a mysterious, gothic concept.

Key's music comes 11 months since he last released music, with his single "Bad Love" in September last year.

Key debuted in 2008 as a member of SHINee, a boy band best known for songs “Ring Ding Dong” (2009), “Lucifer” (2010) and “Sherlock (Clue + Note)” (2012). SHINee currently has four members: Tae-min, Min-ho, Key and Onew.

Key released his first solo music in 2018 with a single titled "Forever Yours." He released his first full-length album "Face" in the same year.

The singer is currently a regular member of tvN's popular weekly variety program "Amazing Saturday" (2018-), which airs on the broadcaster every Saturday.
