Kim Ga-ram, a former member of girl group Le Sserafi m, uploaded a post on social media in 21 days after HYBE terminated its contact with her due to a school bullying scandal. Through her friend’s Instagram on Wednesday evening, Kim started off saying, “Hello, I’m Kim Ga-ram.”

걸그룹 르세라핌의 전 멤버 김가람이 학폭 논란으로 하이브와 계약이 종료된 지 21일 만에 SNS에 글을 올렸다. 그는 수요일 자신의 친구 인스타그램을 통해 “안녕하세요 김가람입니다”라는 글로 말문을 열었다.

“It’s too late, I know, but I haven’t been able to give my opinion on the matter,” she continued. “It’s true that I was scared that everything that I’ve worked for would crash due to my past behaviors. I grew more scared as I felt the criticism against me piling over every day. And if I am given the opportunity, I would like to honestly tell my side of the story.”

그는 “너무 많이 늦었지만 그동안 제 입장을 말씀드릴 기회가 없었다”고 말했다. “저는 제 꿈을 위해 열심히 노력했기에 과거의 행동으로 인해 그동안 달려온 꿈이 깨질까봐 솔직히 겁이 났던 건 사실이었다. 하지만 하루하루가 지날수록 저를 향한 많은 비난이 더 무서웠다. 저는 기회가 주어진다면 꼭 제 입장을 솔직하게 전하고 싶었다”고 적었다.

She continued on to deny any kind of school bullying or negative speculations related to her school behavior such as violence, drinking, smoking, or being forced to transfer to another school for her bad behavior. “I was just an ordinary student,” she emphasized.
