Korean action film “Project Wolf Hunting” has been invited to this year’s Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF), the festival announced.

The film will be screened in the Midnight Madness section, which is a selection “of the best in action, horror, shock and fantasy cinema,” TIFF states on its website.

“Project Wolf Hunting” was directed by Kim Hong-sun and stars Seo In-guk, Jang Dong-yoon, Sung Dong-il, Jung So-min and Go Chang-seok.

It follows the characters as they embark on a mission to bring criminals from the Pacific back to Korea but encounter deadly obstacles along the way.

“Project Wolf Hunting” hits local theaters on Sept. 21.

Other Korean films that have been invited to TIFF this year are “Hunt,” “Decision to Leave” and “A Man of Reason.”

TIFF 2022 is slated for Sept. 8 to 18.
