Bibi to no longer star in Season 2 of Netflix Korea horror series 'Sweet Home'

Singer-songwriter Bibi will no longer be starring in Season 2 of Netflix Korea’s horror series “Sweet Home,” the streaming company said Wednesday.

Earlier this month, the company announced that Bibi had joined the team in what would be her first gig as an actor, but did not specify the role.

However, do to scheduling conflicts, Bibi will be unable to carry on with filming, Netflix said, so a different actor has currently taken the role instead.

“Sweet Home” follows residents of the apartment complex Green Home fight against people-turned-monsters in order to survive. It is based on a Naver web series of the same name and stars actors Song Kang, Lee Si-young, Lee Jin-wook, Park Gyu-young and Go Min-si.

Bibi debuted as a singer in 2019 with the song “Butterfly,” the lead track of her first album “The Manual For People Who Want to Love.”
