Air Busan is adding extra flights to bring fans in and out of the port city for a highly anticipated BTS concert on Oct. 15.

All seats are already sold out.

Air Busan announced Thursday it added 12 non-regular flights for travelers coming to Busan for “BTS: Yet to Come in Busan,” a free concert.

Four flights will be temporarily added on the Busan-Narita route on Oct. 14 and 16. That route was suspended during the pandemic and regular flights haven't resumed yet.

Another four will be added on the Busan-Osaka route on the same days. Four flights will be added on the Busan-Fukuoka route on Oct. 15 and 16. Regular flights on both of those routes have been resumed.

The non-regular flights were sold as part of tour packages, and all seats are sold.

“We decided to temporarily offer more flights so more Japanese travelers can visit Busan for the BTS concert,” said a spokesperson for Air Busan. “International travel is coming back, and we will do our best to host more foreign tourists in Busan.”

The carrier’s regular international flights to Busan are seeing an influx of travelers.

Japan has eased travel restrictions and the carrier said it plans to resume Busan-Sapporo and Busan-Narita flights in the near future.
