Legoland signs MOU with Chuncheon National Center for Forest Education

Legoland Korea Resort signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Chuncheon National Center for Forest Education of the Korea Forest Welfare Institute on Thursday to revitalize field trips.
The MOU aims to revitalize tourism of children and students in Chuncheon and attract youth organizations with the cooperation of Legoland and Chuncheon National Center for Forest Education, the resort said through a press release on Thursday.
The MOU includes expanding the provision of forest welfare services to organizations visiting Legoland; supporting discounts on Legoland ticket prices for student organizations visiting forest welfare facilities; and discovering joint business projects to implement ESG management and local mutual growth. In addition, the two parties agreed to strengthen mutual cooperation and further development.
Legoland Korea Resort is one of 10 global theme parks in the world operated by Europe-based Merlin Entertainment. Opened on Children's Day on May 5 in 2022, Legoland Korea is set to reopen on March 24 after closing its doors for the winter season.
