Taeyang will be back with a new album in April.

“Taeyang is currently working on a new album, set for release in April. We will announce more details once it is confirmed,” the singer's agency The Black Label told the Korea JoongAng Daily on Tuesday.

Taeyang debuted as a member of the boy band Big Bang in 2006 and released his first solo album two years later in 2008. “Eyes, Nose, Lips,” the lead track from Taeyang’s second full-length album released in 2014 stormed music charts for weeks and landed No. 3 on Melon’s yearly music charts in 2014. His last full-length album was “White Night” released in 2017.

Taeyang most recently released “Vibe” on Jan. 13 in collaboration with Jimin from boy band BTS. The single surpassed 100 million streams on Spotify on March 20, less than three months after its release.
