Girl group (G)I-DLE will embark on the world tour “I am FREE-TY,” with performances in 10 cities around the world, the girl group’s agency CUBE Entertainment announced on Thursday.
 
Kicking off with two-day performances on June 16 and 17 in Jamsil Arena in Songpa District, southern Seoul, the girl group will be performing in Taipei on July 1, Bangkok on July 15, Hong Kong on July 22, San Francisco on Aug. 4, Los Angeles on Aug. 6, Dallas on Aug. 9, New York on Aug. 13, Atlanta on Aug. 15 and Chicago on Aug. 17.
 
The world tour announcement poster released on Thursday ended with the phrase “And More,” suggesting that more destinations may be added in the future.
 
“I am FREE-TY” will be the girl group’s second world tour following “Just Me ()I-DLE” in 2022, during which the girl group performed in eight different cities in the United States, Chile, Mexico, Thailand, Indonesia, Japan and more.
 
The girl group will drop its sixth EP “I feel” on May 15 featuring lead track “Queencard,” written and produced by member Soyeon.
 
Currently consisting of Miyeon, Minnie, Soyeon, Yuqi and Shuhua, the girl group debuted in 2018 under CUBE Entertainment. (G)I-DLE is known for its hits — mostly composed and produced by the leader Soyeon — “Latata” (2019), “Lion” (2020), “DUMDi DUMDi” (2020), “Tomboy” (2022) and “Nxde” (2022).
