Celltrion to merge with Celltrion Healthcare, deviates from original plan

Celltrion will merge with Celltrion Healthcare, the pharmaceutical company said in a regulatory filing Thursday.
 
Celltrion Pharm, however, will not be part of the merger, in a deviation from the previously announced plan.
 
The Incheon-based company previously said a merger of three listed Celltrion companies — Celltrion, Celltrion Healthcare and Celltrion Pharm — would happen within the year.
