Eight-member boy band WHIB will debut with its first single "Cut-Out" on Nov. 8, the boy band's agency CJes Studios said Friday.

WHIB, featuring members Jayder, Haseung, Jinbeom, Ugeon, Leejeong, Jaeha, Inhong and Wonjun, is CJes Studios' first boy band since JYJ — established by three former members of TVXQ back in 2010.

The boy band's name, WHIB, is a combination of the words black and white.

"Just like how white and black is on the very [opposite end] of the color spectrum, it signifies WHIB's confidence to show a variety of colors," CJes Studios said in a press release.

The tracklist for the upcoming single will be revealed on Monday, followed by photo teasers and video teasers, including an "Album Spoiler" teaser on Oct. 30 and a music video teaser on Nov. 6, before the band's debut on Nov. 8

The album's teaser schedule poster shows the band will release a teaser on Nov. 1, but no detail is provided besides a question mark under the date.

Members of the boy band have been featured in the agency's in-house training project, "made in cjes," appearing on many cover videos and content on the project's YouTube channel. The channel, renamed WHIB Official YouTube Channel, currently has 455,000 subscribers.

CJes Studios, originally known as CJes Entertainment, is home to many actors, including Seol Kyung-gu, Oh Dal-soo, Park Sung-woong, Chae Si-ra, Ryu Jun-yeol and more.
