Customs authorities inspect knockoff bags and accessories at the Seoul Main Customs office in Gangnam District, southern Seoul, on Tuesday. The Korea Customs Service seized 142,930 knockoffs in November, of which 25 products that directly make contact with skin were found to contain heavy metals such as lead and cadmium in amounts above the safe level, according to the agency on Tuesday.
