Hanwha Life Insurance is recruiting employees who will start working in January next year, accepting applications from foreign nationals for its Global Business Division.

Foreign nationals will be able to apply for the company's Global Business Division, which is in charge of global business management and global investment.

According to Hanwha Life Insurance, it hopes to hire talented foreign nationals who have a thorough understanding of Korea and countries abroad. With the help of these employees, the company aims to actively expand into markets in North America, Southeast Asia and the Middle East.

Applications open on Monday and will be accepted until April 15 at 3 p.m.

Those applying to the Global Business Division must hold foreign nationality and be eligible to participate in an internship with their visa. Applicants must be able to participate in an internship during the summer vacation and officially start working as regular employees in January 2025.

Applicants are also required to have either graduated with a bachelor's degree or above from a Korean university or expect to graduate with the equivalent by February 2025. The company will help those who are currently enrolled in university obtain necessary part-time work permits for the internship.

Applicants also need to have either Topik level 4 or above, or level 4 or above in the Korea Immigration & Integration Program.

Hanwha Life Insurance said it will be hiring employees through its BreakFAST hiring system.

The name is given because selected applicants will undergo a six-week summer internship, with outstanding interns receiving job offers quickly in August. Those who receive job offers will start working in January next year, being able to take a five-month break after the internship.

Hanwha Life Insurance will also host campus recruitment sessions at universities such as KAIST, Seoul National University, Korea University and Yonsei University between Monday and Thursday. Interested applicants can apply via the company's career website.

According to the company, it is the first insurance company to hire international talent through such a recruitment process.
