Seoul apartment prices continue to rise

Apartment prices in Seoul rose for a fourth consecutive week as of April 15, up 0.03 percent from a week prior, according to data the Korea Real Estate Board released Sunday.
Meanwhile, the price of lump-sum deposit contracts, or jeonse, rose for 48 weeks in a row.
