Singer-songwriter Kim Jae-hwan will release his seventh EP, “I Adore,” on May 8, his agency WakeOne said Monday.

“I Adore” comes four months after Kim released his fifth single, “Ponytail,” in January this year.

“The album contains a message from the heart that Kim Jae-hwan has wanted to deliver to his fans, WIN:D,” WakeOne said through its press release.

A promotional image with a board game design for the EP was uploaded on Kim’s social media pages on Monday. Fans can look forward to new music with a warm and comfortable mood, much like the image depicts, according to WakeOne.

Ahead of the EP’s release, Kim will hold a fan concert titled “Wind Tale” on Saturday at the Blue Square Mastercard Hall in Yongsan District, central Seoul.

Kim debuted as a member of the project boy band Wanna One after placing fourth in the second season of Mnet’s idol audition show “Produce 101” (2017). After the band’s disbandment in 2019, Kim launched his solo career with his EP, “Another,” in the same year.
