TMON begins issuing refunds as more than 1,000 customers flock to headquarters

More than 1,000 TMON users whose purchases were withheld due to a recent liquidity crunch at the e-commerce platform have flooded into the headquarters as the long-awaited refund process began.
TMON announced early Friday morning that it began processing refunds in the wake of delays in earnings withdrawals to sellers.
Meanwhile, around 2,000 WeMakePrice customers who visited the e-commerce company's headquarters received their refunds the same day.
WeMakePrice's co-CEO Ryu Hwa-hyun told the media on Thursday that the company "aims to complete refunds within the day."
