The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the Korea Tourism Organization will hold the 2024 Korea Bucket List event from Sept. 1 to Nov. 10.

This event aims to promote the country’s diverse attractions to some 20,000 international visitors through different K-content including history, beauty and rural neighborhoods.

Those who have purchased an airline ticket to Korea and will be visiting the country between Sept. 1 to Nov. 10 are eligible to sign up for the event at koreabucketlist.com.

Selected participants will be able to enjoy a range of additional activities such as traditional market tours, temple stays and wellness resorts. They will also have access to K-pop themed activities such as dance lessons, recording sessions and idol-style makeovers.

The Korea Airports Corporation will be a partner of the event and offer selected foreigners 100 domestic flight tickets to explore areas beyond the capital. Those who win the tickets will depart from Seoul’s Gimpo Airport to either Yeosu, South Jeolla; Pohang, North Gyeongsang; Gyeongju, North Gyeongsang; or Jeju Island.
