Blackpink’s Jennie teases new solo single 'Mantra'

Blackpink's Jennie is set to release a new solo single, "Mantra," on Oct. 11.

The artist teased the upcoming song on her official social media accounts Tuesday, sharing a snippet of the music and a picture. The captions read "10/11," indicating the single's release date.

Earlier this month, Jennie signed with Columbia Records as a solo artist in partnership with her record label, Odd Atelier. Her upcoming single is expected to be released under this contract.

"Mantra" follows the release of her special single “You & Me” in October 2023. She was also featured in the hugely successful track “One Of The Girls” alongside The Weeknd and Lily-Rose Depp, her co-stars from HBO’s “The Idol” (2023), which came out in June 2023. The song has since been streamed over a billion times on Spotify and has been certified platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America, according to Odd Atelier.
