Actor Jun Ji-hyun named Louis Vuitton's ambassador

Actor Jun ji-hyun featured in a new Louis Vuitton campaign [LOUIS VUITTON]

Actor Jun Ji-hyun was appointed French luxury fashion house Louis Vuitton's ambassador on Friday.

"The actor's timeless beauty, unique charisma and sophisticated style have solidified her as a prominent figure in both fashion and entertainment," Louis Vuitton said in a press release. "Her distinctive style, embodying strength and elegance, perfectly aligns with the vision of Louis Vuitton's creative director, Nicolas Ghesquière."

Jun debuted as a model for Ecole Magazine in 1997. She made her acting debut in 1998 and her film debut in 1999 with "White Valentine."

Jun has starred in films such as “The Legend of the Blue Sea” (2016), “Assassination” (2015), “The Thieves” (2012) and “The Berlin File” (2013), as well as the drama “My Love from the Star” (2013). Jun has also appeared on the cover of magazines like Vogue and Elle.
