Singers chosen to open Olympics
Ahn Ji-young, pictured, of vocal duo Bolbbalgan4, vocalist Jeon In-kwon of rock band Deulgukhwa and other singers are set to perform at the opening ceremony of 2018 PyeongChang Winter Olympics.
An industry expert who wished to remain anonymous told the Korea JoongAng Daily on Tuesday that, “Ahn will be performing with other singers and she will sing a song that has been chosen by the Organizing Committee.”
The opening ceremony will be held at the PyeongChang Olympic Stadium on Feb. 9.
