President Kim Changes Staff

President Kim Dae Jung, on March 3, unexpectedly changed several staff members at the Blue House(Chong Wa Dae).
Kim Joong Kwon, chief secretary to the House said, 'President Kim replaced Kim Tae Dong, secretary of policy planning, with Assemblyman Kim Han Kil.'
President also appointed Cho Kyu Hyang to the position of chief aide for social welfare affairs and Professor Kim Yu Bae of Sungkyunkwan University to the same position for labor issues.
The president was apparently not satisfied with the poor public relations of recent policy making decisions, so he scouted other individuals to step in to the spot.
