Six Economic Officials Penalized
After a meeting of the disciplinary committee investigating irregularities in the finance and economy ministries, 5 government officials were penalized.The committee fired Won Bong Hee, former head of financial deliberation to the ministry. He was charged with receiving money and other possessions, together with 4 minor officials.
A source from the government said on this, 'We considered if those 5 persons did their best on their position and decided to let them all go for the charge.'
