Egg Yogurt Produced for First Time Ever

An egg yogurt was recently produced by Korean scientists for the first time around the globe.
Dr. Yoo Ik Jong at the Korea Food Development Institute announced Wednesday that his study team has succeeded in developing an egg yogurt.
He added that they are now applying for a patent for the production technology of the yogurt in the U.S., Japan and China after having already taken out a patent in Korea and France.
The doctor explained the yogurt was made by multiplying only lactic ferments in an egg after getting rid of various germs.
There are over 300 million live lactic ferments per gram of egg yogurt, he said, adding that it is effective in caring for skin and can act as a preventative for many adult diseases.
