Fugitive Shin Chang-won Finally Captured
Notorious fugitive Shin Chang-won was at last caught Friday.The 32-year-old murderer was arrested at 5:20 pm in Soonchon city, South Cholla Province through information provided by a TV repair man.
The police said, 'Shin called a repair shop to fix his TV, and the repair man became suspicious after noticing Shin's living room contained no wedding picture of him and the woman he was living with.'
Eighty police members raided the place and are now investigating how he hid his tracks so successfully.
Shin escaped from incarceration for murder in the Pusan Prison and has eluded capture for two and half years.
