Seoul residents could have been excused yesterday for wondering what was going on with the weather. Left, commuters were greeted by snow yesterday morning as the mercury plummeted. The snow ended fairly quickly, but then (right) the afternoon brought on a plague of yellow dust that darkened the city’s skies. The Korea Meteorological Administration issued warnings against the annual dust storms, which are nuisances for many but dangerous for those with bronchial or lung problems.
