[LETTERS TO THE EDITOR]Korean War film impressesI really enjoyed the interview in Tuesday’s edition with Kang Je-kyu, the director of “Taegukgi.”
What a movie, and such a compelling story of war, and its impact on families, as well as individuals.
We came away with tears streaming down our faces.
I am sure that Americans, and others, will find this a moving film when it is distributed outside Korea. We have seen plenty of Korean films in the United States, and always the theater is filled.
