Lee Su-geun sheds tears while discussing wife’s health struggles

During an appearance on Story On channel’s “Lee Mi-sook’s Bad Scene” that will air Dec. 20, the comedian Lee Su-geun shed tears while talking about his wife, whose health has deteriorated recently.

On the show, Lee did not go into detail about his wife’s illness but simply revealed that although she is ill, “she is getting better.” The celebrity’s wife, Park Ji-yeon, is the CEO of an online clothing store, and her health is thought to have deteriorated after she gave birth to the couple’s second child.

A video letter featuring Lee was also shown on the program in which the entertainer expressed his love for his wife.

Lee also opened up about his early days starting out in the industry.
The entertainer talked of a time when he had only 80,000 won ($68) to last him a month.

Lee made his debut in 2001 in the movie “Last Present”. The comedian also rose to fame on the comedy show “Gag Concert.”

He is currently a regular on various variety shows, such as “Invincible Youth” and “Kim Byung-man and Lee Su-geun’s High Society,” in which he co-stars alongside his long-time friend and fellow cast member at “Gag Concert.”
