4Minute launches free shuttle bus

테스트

Girl group 4Minute is promoting its new album and title track “Volume Up” in an unusual way, by operating a free shuttle bus for citizens of Seoul.

The announcement about the four-week bus promotion was made on the group’s official fan Web site and social networking sites on Tuesday.

From Wednesday, a shuttle bus decked out with ads for the group’s new album began circling four locations: Hongik University Station, Myeongdong Station, Gangnam Station and Jamsil Station. In a given week, the service will run Tuesday to Sunday from 1 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Inside the bus, fans will be greeted by images, songs and music videos from the new album.

Cube Entertainment said that the girls of the band will also make a surprise appearance on the bus to meet with fans and to hold a special event.

4Minute will kick off its TV promotion of the album today on Mnet’s “M Countdown!”

Just days earlier, the music video of the title track was released online and garnered more than 200,000 hits in less than a day.
