Big Bang took its “Alive Galaxy Tour 2012” to Jakarta, Indonesia, on Friday and drew in more than 30,000 fans over two days.

YG Entertainment announced on Sunday that the group sang a total of 23 songs at the Mata Elang International Stadium in the Indonesian capital.

Local entertainers turned up for the band’s first show in the country, with popular groups Hitz and Princess spotted in the crowd.

Big Bang still has Taiwan, the Philippines and Malaysia left on this month’s tour schedule. In November, the boys head to Los Angeles and New Jersey in the United States before moving on to Peru. In December, the tour will make its way to Hong Kong and Japan.

Next month will also be a big period for band member Taeyang as he is set to release a solo EP.

“Taeyang was actually set to release his EP around the same time as G-Dragon’s summer release,” said YG’s president, Yang Hyun-suk.

“But we weren’t all that happy with the outcome, so Taeyang is reworking it.”
