No doubt many fan girls were distraught when the boy band member announced on Dec. 2 on his fan club’s Web site that he was dating a model named Jeon Sun-hye.
U-Kwon said that the wanted to be honest, “and because so many fans asked for it,” he decided after much deliberation to tell the truth.
“I had to hide it all this time and it didn’t sit too well with me,” said the 20-year-old.
The announcement came as a fresh breath of air in an industry where singers are told by agencies that dating is banned; or singers just deny relationships to secure fans
