Solbi breaks out the paint brushes

Solbi’s agency, HiStar Entertainment, said in a statement yesterday she will hold the “Love + Cherish + Keep” show with pop artist Art Nom, Charles Jang, actor Kim Seung-hyun and Korean female singer Mika.
Solbi will present around 10 paintings of pet animals.
The exhibition will be held at the Connoi Space Gallery on Garosu-gil in southern Seoul from Saturday to Dec. 21.
“The art show is intended to promote love and understanding of pets and to voice opposition against any abuse or abandonment of the animals,” Solbi said in the statement.
In the exhibition, not only paintings by the participants but also ceramic bowls for pets, on which the participants painted, will be available for sale.
The proceeds from the sale will be donated to organizations supporting senior citizens who live alone.
