Hollywood heartthrob Leonardo DiCaprio will visit town next month to promote his latest film “Django Unchained” (2012).

As the lead in the Quentin Tarantino western, DiCaprio will join fellow cast members for a trip to Seoul on March 7, much to the delight of his Korean fans.

During his first visit to Korea, the 38-year-old will take part in a press conference at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel in southern Seoul before making his way to the film’s premiere event at Times Square in Yeongdeungpo District, western Seoul.

The film opened in the United States on Christmas Day, and as well as having secured the “Titanic” actor, it boasts a top-notch lineup of Jamie Foxx, Christoph Waltz and Samuel L. Jackson. The film marks a first for DiCaprio, who will take on his debut baddie role.

The New Yorker described Tarantino’s work as “the most entertaining piece of movie-making since ‘Pulp Fiction.’”

DiCaprio has a busy year ahead as “The Great Gatsby” will also open stateside in May.
