Revamped Psy album released online

Psy’s “Gangnam Style” may again top music charts around the world as a remix expansion of the song was released online yesterday.

To make the new album’s four tracks, Psy teamed up with American rappers 2 Chainz and Tyga to add more flavor to his signature tune. DJs Diplo and Afrojack also contributed their talents.

U.S. record labels Republic Records and School Boy Records released the “Remix Style” on iTunes and said the revamped songs will bring fans “straight to the dance floor with propulsive production and uncontainable club energy,” according to local media reports.

The revamped version is expected to satiate the thirst of many Psy fans globally until he unveils his new album next month.

Psy is currently traveling across Australia and performed at the Future Music Festival, one of the largest dance music events in the country.

Psy’s music video broke a YouTube record in December when it topped one-billion views, pushing Justin Bieber’s “Baby” to second place.
