Girl’s Day OKs ‘Female President’
Girl’s Day will name the title song of its upcoming album “Female President,” according to the group’s agency yesterday.“We have finalized our decision after debating about ‘Female President,’ ‘That is Okay’ and ‘You Star First’ until right before the album [cover] went in for printing,” the agency said.
The song will be included in the girl group’s repacked album of their first songs. There is also a limited edition that has an 80-page photo book and pocket-size photos.
The four-member group will release the album on Monday. Before the comeback, the group released a teaser image of all four members wearing different tiaras or hair accessories on a podium.
“The concept for this album is ‘sexy and confidence,’?” said the agency. “All the songs, dance moves and garments will scream sexy and stylish.”
The group will hold a showcase Monday to promote its new album poolside at the Banyan Tree Seoul in Namsan, central Seoul.
“As it is summer, we prepared a showcase at an outdoor pool for fans,” said the agency.
The girls will also perform previous hit songs like “Expect,” “Don’t Forget Me,” and “Twinkle Twinkle.”
