Girls’ Generation rocks fans in Taiwan

Leading K-pop group Girls’ Generation has successfully kicked off the first international leg of its “Girls & Peace” tour with two big shows in Taipei Arena in Taipei, Taiwan.
Over the weekend, Girls’ Generation entertained 22,000 fans at two shows, singing 28 songs including such hits as “Gee,” “Tell Me Your Wish” and “The Boys.”
Prior to the concert, the group held a press conference on Friday in Taiwan, where a throng of local media swarmed the event.
Girls’ Generation’s Girls & Peace tour is slated to continue through Asia, North America and more, although only one show in Singapore in October has been announced so far.
