Huh Gak ties knot with middle-school friend

Singer Huh Gak, who jump-started his career in music by winning a cable TV singing contest, got married yesterday in Yeoksam, southern Seoul.
The star of “Superstar K2” married a woman he met back in middle school. The couple had been dating for about two years, ever since they accidentally ran into each other after Huh appeared on the program.
The singer posted a note on his online fan cafe last month delivering the good news.
“I’m learning and feeling lots of things while preparing the wedding,” he said.
“I hope you continue to watch Huh Gak as my career continues to grow.”
A pastor at the couple’s church officiated the wedding, and a fellow contestant from “Superstar K2,” singer John Park, and Huh’s twin brother sang for the newlyweds.
