Park Jin-young gets married
Singer and entertainment mogul Park Jin-young got married yesterday to a woman nine years younger than him.“I’m nervous, so I can’t fall asleep,” he wrote early yesterday morning on his Twitter account, adding that he’s thankful for the people around him, including family, friends and fans.
“I hope [the day] will be a starting point to change arrogance to humbleness, speaking to listening and to change my life from chasing things that vanish to pursuing eternal things.”
Park, who delivered the news that he would get married last month on his MeToday microblog account, kept his wedding private to the media.
He previously said it was difficult convincing his girlfriend to marry him as she is not a celebrity and wanted to have a normal life.
After much convincing, though, she finally accepted his proposal.
At a press conference on Tuesday for his reality show “K-pop Star 3,” Park said he didn’t prepare much for his wedding and that the couple invited only around 100 guests.
