Kim Gu-ra to return as host of ‘Quiz to Change the World’
Comedian Kim Gu-ra will come back as the host of entertainment program “Quiz to Change the World” on MBC.Kim will be on Saturday’s show for the first time since last year. Kim stepped down from the program because of controversial comments he made about “comfort women,” or women who served as Japanese sex slaves, during the Korean War.
After coming back to TV through cable channels, Kim returned to MBC’s “Radio Star,” which he also used to host.
His comeback to the program has been delayed because comedian Park Myung-soo held his position. Park decided to step down to focus on other entertainment shows he has been on for a long time.
