Fresh start
Yonsei-ro, the thoroughfare that stretches from Sinchon Station to the main gate of Yonsei University, opened yesterday after a complete overhaul as a newly designated public transportation zone. Only those using bicycles, buses, passenger vans and emergency vehicles are allowed. By Kim Sang-seon
