Song Joong-ki gets time off from military service
Actor Song Joong-ki, who became popular after the KBS drama “The Innocent Man,” is on vacation for the first time since enlisting in the military, according to a local media report.He has earned his first vacation from the military five months after enlisting in August and has been out since Jan. 10, said an industry official to a local publication.
It is said that the star plans on going back to his service next week.
“Because it is his first break, it looks like he hasn’t told many yet [that he wants some] quiet time,” said the official. “He will be with family and very close friends, and then he will go back to the base.”
The star is scheduled to be discharged on May 26, 2015.
