TVXQ repackages latest album

After the success of their latest full-length album, “Tense,” the veteran K-pop group TVXQ will return with a repackaged version of the record on Feb. 27, retitled “Spellbound.”

The group’s agency, SM entertainment, said that the duo will add three new tracks to the new version in addition to the 12 songs on the original album.

SM added that Jeong Yun-ho (“U-know”) and Shim Chang-min (“Max”) will be performing the title track “Spellbound” in promotions. The song, according to the company, has a soul-funk sound and a message about how everyday experiences between lovers are the most enchanting thing in the world.

TVXQ’s last single, “Something,” did well on Korea’s charts after its release on Jan. 6.

Founded in 2003, TVXQ is one of the most successful and longest-running K-pop groups that is still actively recording and performing.
