YG Entertainment to host auditions in China
On Monday, the entertainment agency posted openings for its “1st YG Audition in Greater China” on its official audition website (www.yg-audition.com). According to the announcement, talented singers and dancers can apply for the audition. Yet the company explicitly pointed out that those over the age of 18 are not qualified for the auditions.
The preliminary round of auditions will take place in Beijing on March 29, and then move on to Shanghai on April 5, Hong Kong on April 12 and Taiwan on April 19.
The final auditions will be held in Seoul.
“We can’t wait to meet the talented entertainers from our first Chinese audition,” said an official from YG Entertainment to the local media.
