The lead-off track “Summer Time,” written by members Gaeko and Choiza and composed by Gaeko, uses minimal instruments and a strong hip-hop beat as its base. The duo’s typical wittiness is soaked right into the lyrics, backed by an effortless rhyme and swinging rhythms.
The song is about wanting to get out of a daily routine by enjoying an afternoon at a summer party.
According to Dynamic Duo’s agency Amoeba Culture, the album’s title derives from the group’s goal of achieving a mix of mainstream and non-mainstream music to satisfy a wider range of fans.
