Keepers of the gates
The Arumjigi Culture Keepers Foundation, a nonprofit organization devoted to protecting and preserving Korea’s traditional culture, is holding an exhibition dedicated to traditional gates at its home in Tongui-dong, Jongno District, central Seoul. Titled “Mun (Gate), Communicated Boundaries,” the exhibition features pieces by designers and architects who are inspired by traditional gates. The event runs between Oct. 8 and Nov. 12.
